17 Years' Fruitful Partnership With Prison Chaplain

by Dan Kersten on January 25, 2024

For 17 years, prison chaplain Bob Durham (Assemblies of God U.S. Missions) has evangelized and discipled thousands of prisoners across the United States via correspondence, with significant help from Light for the Lost.

In total, Durham has sent more than 25,000 prisoners in 1,000 facilities copies of The Life of Christ, The Great Questions of Life, and Christian Life or Christian Service courses (Global University).

“More than 2,000 prisoners have graduated from a [discipleship] program, and we have seen over 12,000 documented salvations,” Durham says. “I can only say a hearty ‘Thank You’ to everyone at Light for the Lost.
